雙人間床比較窄，床太軟。沐浴間地漏滲水太慢，洗一會，停不一會兒。 前台這次給我的房間是一樓門口過道第一間。隔音效果不好，早上外面路過的旅客走路和拖行李箱的聲音很大，窗外也有聲音。這個標準間比起我之前住的的單人間或大床房差一些，空間也更擠。想著最後兩晚了，湊合著住吧！ 酒店地理位置還不錯。旁邊還有其他幾家酒店，如果也和訂房網站合作就更好，可以多一些選擇進行預訂。

The room is not very big overall but basically clean. It is not recommended for those with large luggage, and there is no elevator. The male receptionist was very helpful and helped me carry my luggage on the first day. However, the female receptionist who was on duty the next day refused to help. I was so frustrated that I almost cried, but luckily, a gentleman from England outside offered to help me, which was really kind of him.

酒店離我們上團的集合點GOLDER GREEN地鐵站近，坐地鐵也方便。酒店前台小姐姐還給我們升級了家庭房，酒店還有燒水壺，咖啡、茶。周圍商店也多，非常方便。

房間隔音太差了太吵了。房間非常老舊，不是特別推薦，而且距離地鐵站也沒有那麼近。我下次再來的話應該是不會在住在這裡了。.

Great location, clean room, warm service at check in desk & when i called ahead to ask about parking was given a polite answer from receptionist.  Would be happy to come back & visit soon - thanks everyone for a stress free stay at hotel!

I was surprised to see bad reviews about this hotel. The hotel has so many corridors but the hotel room was clean with functioning electronic appliances like TV and small fridge. Clean bedsheets and work space is available as well. I would recommend it if you are looking for a budget friendly yet quality stay in the London area.

房間上面漏水，下面下水道堵塞，過道狹窄，房間窄小，沒有電梯，房間老舊，因為是匆忙下單，為作周邊酒店仔細比較，事後與周邊酒店做了比較明顯性價比很差。至少比周邊別的酒店貴了400人民幣，唯一的優點是早餐還能過得去，炒雞蛋是真正的雞蛋炒的，不是人造雞蛋，總之不建議以後再選擇

儘量定雙人間 ，因為單人間實在太小了，不過離Golders green 車站很近 ，步行7-800米 ，早起可以看見英國街道上帶皮草和紳士帽子的精緻男。

Sound insulation is poor. Sound from the hallway is clear and you can hear people talking. Towels are not clean and with stains. It takes around 10 mins to get to Golders Green station. If my daughter did not study nearby, I would not choose this hotel.
